Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a pristine environment in lobby areas, hallways, and guest rooms.
- Assist with special events, conferences, and VIP guest services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous hospitality experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
