Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Perform daily room status updates and communicate with housekeeping team
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards in public areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
