Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient front desk services including check-in/out and concierge support
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records in our hotel management system
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for errands if required)
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
