Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficientlyAddress guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (if required for position)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
