Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special accommodations
- Operate hotel systems including POS and reservation software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with hospitality systems
- Valid California work authorization
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
