Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (morning, evening, overnight)
- Check in/out guests using hotel management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Assist with event setup and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (weekends/holidays required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
