Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Assist with daily housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Support event setup and breakdown for conferences and social functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobby, pool, fitness center)
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- TN Food Handler certification (provided if not held)
