Responsibilities

- Assist with luggage handling and room preparation
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Operate hotel systems (reservation software, payment processing)
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and lobby spaces
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
