Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests.
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
- Support special events and hotel functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
