Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Assist with guest requests, including room service, luggage handling, and special accommodations.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
