Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with room service orders and coordinate maintenance requests for guest rooms.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Property Management Systems).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
