Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge support, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional cleanliness and presentation of public areas
- Participate in training programs to enhance hospitality and technical skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for financial transactions
- Valid Indiana driver's license may be required for errands
