Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/online
- Maintain pristine public areas (lobbies, pools, gardens)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Assist with event setup and guest special requests
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy (email, POS systems)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if operating resort vehicles)
