Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns using service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium amenities
- Participate in daily briefings and service standard training
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy (training provided on PMS systems)
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
