Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist guests with inquiries, local recommendations, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
