Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with room preparation and public area maintenance
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with comprehensive training
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
