Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out processes
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve concerns promptlyMaintain pristine public areas and guest room standards
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with training provided
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling opportunities for hotel services
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
