Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and efficient service
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Must be 18+ years old with eligibility to work in the US
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
