Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone/email
- Operate property management systems and POS technology
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery

Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required—training provided!
