Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and health department standards
- Manage room inventory and report discrepancies
- Provide turndown service in high-end properties as required
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency required
