Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone/in-person
- Perform basic housekeeping duties as needed
- Assist with luggage and valet services
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby/public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays)
