Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards
- Assist with event setup, room service deliveries, and guest amenities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for Ohio locations
