As a Hospitality Associate, you'll be the cornerstone of our guest satisfaction journey. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and dining areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with precision using our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining composure
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public spaces and guest rooms
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
