Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and dining operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries during assigned shifts
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas per brand standards
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support daily operational tasks including inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for position)
