Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across all departments
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Assist with event setup and guest functions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license (if required for duties)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
