Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
