Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Monitor lobby areas and respond to guest inquiries 24/7
- Conduct nightly room inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle security protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage luggage storage and transportation requests
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train all team members
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving duties assigned)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
