Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins with precision.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleaning protocols (OSHA guidelines).
- Provide a friendly and professional greeting to guests when encountered.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy carts.
