- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and math aptitude
