Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, room service coordination, and concierge assistance
- Manage daily housekeeping operations with attention to detail and quality standards
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown for conferences, weddings, and private functions
- Maintain accurate inventory control for guest amenities and operational supplies
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera, etc.)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
