Responsibilities
- Lead and train front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures and VIP experiences
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service recovery skills
- Oversee daily operations including room inventory and staff scheduling
- Implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
