Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and mentor staff on premium service standards and conflict resolution
- Manage inventory control, budget adherence, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams for event planning and corporate partnerships

Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with luxury hotel experience

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Opera Cloud)
- Valid Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Certification
