Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room reservations and VIP guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Execute daily front desk operations procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in hotel management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for shuttle drivers)
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and local events
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
