- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systemsResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest areas

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Nevada gaming card (if applicable to role)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
