Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Perform daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license may be required for certain roles
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
