Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service exceeding expectations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Maintain strict inventory and security protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Adhere to brand standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Valid New York State hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills a plus
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
