Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations ensuring exceptional guest service standards
- Train and mentor team members on hospitality protocols and safety procedures
- Coordinate between departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food service) for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for all shift-related resources
- Implement and enforce company policies and quality control measures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel/hospitality management experience required
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
