- Oversee inventory control and operational compliance
- Train new team members on service standards
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams
- Implement resort policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Nevada Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
