Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive front desk operations, room service, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine hotel standards through meticulous housekeeping and public area maintenance
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS systems while handling payment transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards in all guest-facing areas
- Assist with event setup and guest services for hotel functions and conferences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and POS terminals
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle services)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
