Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Collaborate with management to improve guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (if required for position)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's certification (preferred)
