Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Maintain immaculate front desk operations and lobby presentation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with proactive problem-solving skills
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, valet, and dining departments
- Process financial transactions accurately and maintain security protocols
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification preferred
