Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries with efficiency
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with dining operations, including serving and beverage preparation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid food handler certification (if assigned to F&B)
