Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge support, and guest assistance
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate needs proactively
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and workspaces
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain detailed guest records
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold brand standards consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/culinary students encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn PMS systems quickly
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if required for errands)
