Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards.
- Amenities: Make beds with precision, restock toiletries, and ensure all linens are crisp and fresh.
- Trash Management: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and remove waste promptly.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the engineering department immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Organization: Organize closets and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
