Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional service
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and guest rooms
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Uphold hotel safety and cleanliness standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!

- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving shuttle)
