Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate and complete.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor hotel security and safety systems to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments and manage the front desk cash drawer with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs immediately.
- Update and maintain guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently during night shifts.
