Responsibilities
- Manage all overnight front desk, housekeeping, and security operations
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and VIP service requests
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate maintenance requests and facility inspections
- Resolve escalated guest issues with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate with day shift leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel operations management experience required
- Proven night shift or overnight leadership background
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Hotel certification or hospitality degree preferred
- Valid Kansas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
