Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain clean, welcoming environments following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain property security
- Support event setup and special function requirements
- Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
