Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout stays
- Maintain clean and inviting guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Assist with basic food & beverage service in our on-site restaurant
- Operate reservation systems and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
