Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/checkout procedures
- Manage room reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare daily reports and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we provide full training
